The Junior League of Clearwater-Dunedin’s inaugural cookbook, From Grouper to Grits, launched during the 41st Annual Art Harvest in the Fall of 2004 will provide ongoing support of the league’s charitable endeavors. This 196-page cookbook contains over 150 recipes and 8 menus providing a variety of meal solutions for any situation. Featuring cover and inside art by nationally known artist Jules Burt , the cookbook will create a showpiece for kitchens everywhere. These recipes can be prepared with ingredients found in most kitchens, and with its local flavor and timeless creations, is sure to be a classic that no kitchen should be without.

From Grouper to Grits also includes general and historical information about the Communities in Upper Pinellas County.
