Goal of the KITK program: To empower youth to make healthy lifestyle choices and help reverse the growth of childhood obesity and its associated health issues. Event Details: Free and open to JLC and PRMS families! Event is taking place in conjunction with our partner school, Pleasant Ridge Montessori School. Take part in creative crafts, fun activities, fitness and cooking demonstrations, and games for children’s health and fitness.
