Volunteer Opportunity – Mission Houses Museum

Do you enjoy people?  Making a difference?  Learning new and different things?  If the answer is yes, then you will find volunteering at the Mission Houses Museum a rewarding experience.  The museum’s Volunteer Coordinator, Kula Raquedan, can connect you with the talented staff at the museum to see where your skills can best be put to use. In addition, a special docent training program begins Tuesday, February 26, 2008 and runs for 6 consecutive weeks. Call Kula for more information at 531-0481 Ext 707 or e-mail her at kraquedan@missionhouses.org.

Sustainer Mary Ann Lentz, shown here helping with a school tour, is their new development director and welcomes your calls at Ext. 702.  If you are sincere and passionate about Hawai‘i’s rich and complex history, interested in making a difference in our community, and ready to demonstrate the power of trained volunteers, give them a call today
