Career Closet
Supports community needs and serves those people in our communities who are moving from welfare to work. Clients are referred by the Department of Social Services and other recognized agencies and receive up to four outfits of business-appropriate clothing.

Done In A Day
A committee that functions as a volunteer pool, which organizes and participates in a number of one-day events throughout the year.

Rockland Family Shelter
The JLWOH supports the Rockland Family Shelter with seasonal projects to enhance the lives of women and children participating the the shelter's programs. Projects have included a Book Drive and Valentine's Day Art Project.

The Rockland Family Shelter is an emergency shelter for battered women and their children. They supply support and shelter for women and children of domestic violence and sexual assault.

The Barclays
Provide volunteers to help with this PGA event. The JLWOH receives a donation from The Barclays used to fund projects in the rivertowns.

Thanksgiving Dinner at St. Ann's
The JLWOH has collected Thanksgiving donations for St. Ann's in Ossining for many years and we were especially proud to participate once again this year.
